GROUP EXERCISE

  • FIT FOR LIFE

    Fit for Life is a chair-based fitness class supported by South Oxford Community Association (SOCA) and the Well Together programme.

    The class runs every Tuesday from 10-10:30am (term time) in the Gill Garratt Room in South Oxford Community Centre, Lake Street (OX1 4RP).

    We do bodyweight and resistance band exercises during this low impact 30-minute class. Then enjoy a free hot drink and cake in the Community Cafe afterwards.

    £1 per class (proceeds go to SOCA).

  • CIRCUITS CLUB

    Circuits Club is a fun and fast paced circuits training exercise class, which runs every Friday from 9-10am (during term time).

    Every week is different. We do a variety of aerobic and resistance exercises. All equipment is provided but feel free to bring your own mat.

    Work up a sweat in this high energy, 60-minute class held in the Gill Garratt Room in South Oxford Community Centre, Lake Street (OX1 4RP).

    Suitable for all fitness abilities.

    £12 per class.

  • STRETCH & STRENGTHEN

    Stretch & Strengthen is a low impact seated exercise class designed to improve mobility, core stability, balance and flexibility.

    We do a mix of bodyweight and resistance band exercises using our own body weight and resistance bands.

    This 30-minute class is subsidised by the wonderful CIC Waste2Taste and runs every Thursdays from 10:30-11am (term time only) at Shotover View in Craufurd Road, Oxford (OX4 2SQ).

    Suitable for all fitness abilities.

    Free class.
