GROUP EXERCISE

  • CIRCUITS CLUB

    Circuits Club runs every Friday from 9-10am (during term time), at The Gill Garratt Room in South Oxford Community Centre, Lake Street (OX1 4RP).

    Every week is different as we run through a variety of aerobic and resistance exercises.

    Work up a sweat in this high energy, 60-minute class that is suitable for all fitness abilities.

    Note: classes will not run over school summer holidays.

    £12 per class.

  • STRETCH & STRENGTHEN

    Improve mobility in this seated exercise class with resistance bands, at Shotover View in Craufurd Road, Oxford (OX4 2SQ).

    This 30-minute class runs every Thursday from 10:30-11am (term time only). Run by charity Waste2Taste, it is a great way to get fit and maintain independence in older age. It is also an excellent way to boost mental health and wellbeing.

    Note: classes will not run over school summer holidays.

    Free class.
